Please pay attention to replenishment. It is better to touch the oil level with the oil dipstick, and ensure that the vent hole is clean, so as to check the oil level and avoid the blockage of the air hole.
4. Use materials produced by regular manufacturers to mix and use, so as to avoid the physical and chemical reactions of asphalt materials that may easily cause pipeline blockage. At the same time, the material should be clean and free from gravel and iron filings to prevent impurities from clogging the discharge pipe and asphalt pump. If there are too many impurities in the heating kettle, it should be cleaned up in time. If the user uses materials other than asphalt joint glue, the pipe will be blocked and the machine will be damaged.
5. It is forbidden to burn dry for a long time without discharging, so as not to cause pipeline blockage and damage the machine. If the joint filling operation is stopped for more than half an hour, the heating pipe and burner should be turned off. Turn it on again when in use.
6. The electric heating is the discharge hose, and the reasonable bending degree should be grasped during use to prolong the service life.
7. In case of cold weather or strong wind, the heating time of the electric heating tube or the discharge pipe should be extended appropriately to avoid damage to the discharge hose.
8. Regularly check the pneumatic tires and bearings, and add lubricating oil.
9. The diesel oil used in the burner should be selected from a regular oil supplier, and the correct grade should be selected according to the seasonal temperature, and the filter should be cleaned in time to ensure the normal operation of the body.
10. Regularly check the connecting bolts everywhere, whether there is any looseness, and tighten them.
11. When stopping working, the machine should be placed in a ventilated and temperature-proof place to avoid getting wet from rain and snow, so as to prolong the service life.
