Emulsified asphalt colloid mill is a cost-effective, multi-purpose emulsified asphalt colloid mill developed by ENUO Company according to the needs of users. The mill adopts a 6+5 multi-stage homogenizing tooth structure and a 37kW high-power direct-connected motor, which can meet the production of various emulsified asphalts. The structure is simple, convenient and practical.
This mill is a dynamic colloid mill composed of multi-stage rotor/stator homogenizing gears. The rotor and stator are radially slotted. The shear gap between each tooth is less than 1mm.
Due to the tooth-shaped homogenization design, it has extremely high shearing efficiency and conveying capacity, and the output can reach 10t/h.
When the liquid passes through the emulsified asphalt colloid mill, it undergoes the following physical processes:

l The axially symmetrical design allows that once worn, it can be rotated in the opposite direction and another pair of tooth surfaces can be used for work, which is very important for extending service life.

l Rotor flush function: the benefit of this feature is that it flushes the back of the rotor, thus ensuring the entire gear is clean.
l Thermal oil jacket is used for heating to ensure rapid production.
Instructions for use:
Before use, preheat the grinding head with hot water at 70℃~80℃ for 10 minutes. After the grinding head is preheated, add the emulsifier aqueous solution. After the machine is started, the heated asphalt is added, and the emulsified asphalt sample is released after cyclic emulsification for 2 minutes. After emulsification is completed, clean the mill with clean water.
