ECSM-TH500 Trailer Crack Sealing Machine is oil jacketed, diesel fired and powered, designed for crack sealing. The heat transfer system consists of a transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber. The heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber, providing indirect heating to the material. ECSM-TH500 Trailer Crack Sealing Machine fits most crack sealing applications. Enough capacity for larger crack sealing jobs and versatile enough for contractors to complete smaller parking lot and driveway projects.

1. Safety Design. With a double shock absorption system (leaf spring and gas spring), they have greatly improved the working stability and safety. Lower center of gravity and better stability.
2. User-friendly. Two ports to receive the sealing wand; and a finger-tip control of sealant pumping on the sealing wand.
3. Centralized temperature controller. Omron dual digital LCD temperature controller: displaying both the real time temperatures of heat transfer oil, sealant, and electric heated hose, and the required temperatures, automatically control the heating process.
4. Evenly heating. 45 degree downward burner chamber along with oil-jacketed tank allows high heating efficiency without coking sealant.
5. Fast and continuous melting. Full time internal material recirculation draws hot sealant from the bottom of the tank to the top, which creates uniform sealant temperature, accelerates melting of new sealant blocks.
6.Oil-jacketed kettle. No direct flame contact with the tank wall, no hot spots and reduced tank fatigue.
7. External pump. External pump provides more room to material and minimizes maintenance.
8. Electric heated hose. The hose’s super flexibility makes for a working coverage of 270 degree.
9. Single axle for easy and smooth towing.
