Our crack router can easily, exactly and fast groove a crack of 1 to 5 cm width and 0 to 3 cm depth in the pavement. Features
1. Engine
KOHLER electric start gasoline engine. Hydraulic mandrel, air-cooled, screw oil filter, electronic ignition, spark advance device systems. Throttle control lever to control engine speed, to meet Quick Start Requirements in the different ambient temperatures. With emergency off switch.
2. Air filter
Triple air filter maximizes the life span of engine; double layer filter and revolve blade filter. Easily filter out 98% dust. Maximum extend the life span of engine.
3. Groove depth
Diamond blades for accurate cutting width and depth, imported 6 pieces hard alloyed blades and frame, Adjustable in depth and width.
4. Moving method
Manual push to move. Single axle, double Wheels. Easy to climb and go down slops，operating safely.
5. Safety protection
High quality 12V battery equipped in the front of the machine, free maintenance, self-recharge.
6. Operating handles
The height of operating handle is adjustable. The handle can be up foldable for easy store and transportation. The handle uses the special slip-proof rubber cap.
7. Shaft
Removable shaft diameter 32mm is installed in frame, with 2 base split bearing. It is easy for maintaining or repairing without welding or cutting.
8. Bearing
Equipped with 2 stage, high-performance double conical rotor shaft support bearing, 306mm diameter steel knife drum shaft，it is 4 times in load as other welding knife drum shaft in other product. It can effectively settle the balance problem of rolling drum. Meanwhile it reduces the maintenance cost of rolling drum. It is compatible to other brands’ knife drum shaft and blades.
9. Cutter
Cutter is installed with 6 pieces hard alloy blades (one set). The width of one blade is 9mm. All the blades could be replaced in 20 minutes.
10. Indicator of crack
Comparing with competitors, the indicator of crack is mostly close to the blades of cutter. It could precisely indicate the real crack then groove the crack exactly.
11. Splash proof device
There is a curtain of chains in front of cutters, which stop the splashing dust from the road. Also, there is rubber board behind the curtain of chains.
12. Safety brake
The operator need only press the handle down then rise the cutter to stop the machine，without any affixed manual stop device.
13. Emergency stop system
Special emergency stop system, stop the machine in only 7 seconds. The safety switch could stop the cutter immediately.
14. The depth controller and marks
One revolve switch could lift the machine up and down. The depth indicator shows the depth obviously. The Operator can use button switch to control the cutting depth.
15. Vacuum cleaner
With vacuum cleaner，effectively absorb the operating dust. No more obviously dusty in working place. It is helpful to the operator.
